How many times have I ever started to post something online, “I hope I’m not alone in this…”
And the beauty? You’re almost never alone.
Somehow I thought maybe I was in a small minority when I wondered out loud if maybe anyone else felt like they wished they did something after work besides eating dinner and watching TV?
Yeah, definitely not alone in that one.

Turns out other people are also so burned out by the time 6 or 7 o’clock rolls around, all we have energy for is a glass of wine, whatever we throw together for dinner, and some solid netflix + scrolling time.
Whatcha gonna do about it?
Enter my Off the Couch August Challenge! Trying to do something besides eat dinner and watch tv in the evenings after work. Doesn’t mean no tv, doesn’t mean no dinner. Just something else too. A walk. A workout. Calling a friend. Folding laundry even. Just breaking a bad habit!
